Employee Responsibilities

Every employee of Gardeners Bickley has a duty to take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions. Employees are required to:

Use equipment, machinery, and personal protective equipment correctly and not misuse or interfere with anything provided for safety purposes.

Risk Assessment and Safe Working Practices

Gardeners Bickley conducts risk assessments for gardening tasks and locations to identify potential hazards, evaluate who may be harmed, and determine appropriate control measures. These assessments cover, but are not limited to:
